Showalter Joins EDGE Document Solutions as Sales Account Executive
EDGE Document Solutions, LLC is pleased to announce that Mr. Mark Showalter has joined EDSLLC as a Sales Account Executive for the Ohio Valley region effective 21 July 2008. Based in the Greater Columbus Ohio area, Mark has more than 20 years experience selling document printing and management products to the educational and financial markets in the Midwest. He joins EDSLLC in its efforts to expand its services in the Ohio Valley market, and to directly serve the extensive base of Ohio based clients that EDGE has gained over the past eight years.
In this role, he will work with Bill Thomas, EDGE's Regional Sales Director, in introducing new and enhanced products into the Ohio Educational market for student reporting and document imaging services. He will also be offering upgrade and replacement products for the currently installed base of financial document systems that incorporate EDSLLC's proprietary iBridge service. This feature allows printed documents to be stored and indexed as electronic images and to be retrieved on demand for user viewing.
Mark has established a strong relationship base throughout Ohio, especially in the OECN and is looking forward to offering EDGE's superior document creation and management capabilities to the many districts that could benefit from the cost savings and advanced document creation features available with EDGE. He will also be offering the new Educator's EDGE student report card modules to both eSIS and DASL user clients.

EDGE Document Solutions, LLC, today, announced the renewal of contracts with Eastern Suffolk BOCES and BOCES of Nassau County.
This will be the second year in a series that EDSLLC will provide Printing and Distribution services to several of the large New York based BOCES for the delivery of individual student reports for the New York State English Language Arts Assessment and the New York State Math Assessment.
In 2007 EDSLLC printed, merged and mailed letters and test score results to Parents and/or Guardians of more than 75,000 New York public scools students. In 2008 that number is expected to double as more of the BOCES are made aware of the convenience and efficiency of using EDSLLC for these types of services.

EDGE Document Solutions, LLC enters its eighth year of partnership with the MCOECN; . . . . . announces iBRIDGE image retrieval feature
The MCOECN, its 23 ITC centers and 275 School Districts throughout Ohio are enjoying the cost benefits of using the EDGE suite of products for producing financial and other mission critical documents. Districts have saved up to 70% of the time they took previously folding and inserting checks into envelopes during Payroll and Accounts Payable check runs. Self-mailer forms driven by EDGE products, offer the most efficient Print & Seal, document creation, methodology available today.
These same districts that have been relying on EDGE to cut their production costs now have a convenient way of directly accessing EDGE documents electronically as well. EDSLLC is pleased to announce iBRIDGE, a solution for EDGE and On-Base users to retrieve image copies of previously printed documents and other stored data. This latest tool eliminates the need to store and handle paper based copies of documents, enabling districts to retrieve exact electronic images of Checks, Direct Deposits advices, Purchase Orders, W-2's & 1099's and any other document created by an EDGE system linked to On-Base. Because iBRIDGE uses an indexed file access method, the user can link to the entire database for a vendor, employee, student, etc. Of course, existing EDGE users can purchase and apply iBRIDGE to any currently installed EDGE system.

Microsoft VISTA Compatibility
Testing is complete and EDGE is totally VISTA Compatible.
EDGE Document Solutions, LLC has always prided itself as a multi-platform, multi-operating systems solutions developer. Once again we have met the challenge. The EDGE Technical Group has just completed an extensive series of tests with the latest Microsoft, Windows VISTA operating system.
We are extremely pleased to report that all EDGE products are VISTA compatible.
The EDGE Financial Suite of Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Statements and Tax Forms, as well as, the EDGE Student Reporting Suite of Report Cards, Transcripts, Progress Reports, Schedules and Test Scores have all been loaded and tested.
