How can it help?
As an existing EDGE user, you can now convert any EDGE document to a PDF image for archival storage and convenient retrieval using data fields contained in the document. This is available for all of the EDGE applications that you may be using, including:
Accountant's EDGE
PayMaster's EDGE
Educator's EDGE
Purchase Orders
Invoices/Statements
This exciting new product can be added to your EDGE system, converting documents being printed to easily read PDF images that can be stored (system files or on CD ROM), and retrieved using specific data fields that you choose. As an example, a check created for payment of an invoice may be retrieved using the amount of the check, the payee, check number or any other data field; you set the criteria.
Images can be emailed or faxed as well as being reprinted. EDGEImagine works in a wide range of platforms including high performance fax servers for delivery of purchase orders or invoice images.
Want to store permanent copies of document images for legal and/or security purposes? EDGEImagine can output PDF images, indexed for ready retrieval to CD/DVD ROM, or, to active on-line files for immediate access.
