The MCOECN, its 23 ITC centers and 275 School Districts throughout Ohio are enjoying the cost benefits of using the EDGE suite of products for producing financial and other mission critical documents. Districts have saved up to 70% of the time they took previously folding and inserting checks into envelopes during Payroll and Accounts Payable check runs. Self-mailer forms driven by EDGE products, offer the most efficient Print & Seal, document creation, methodology available today.
These same districts that have been relying on EDGE to cut their production costs now have a convenient way of directly accessing EDGE documents electronically as well. EDSLLC is pleased to announce iBRIDGE, a solution for EDGE and On-Base users to retrieve image copies of previously printed documents and other stored data. This latest tool eliminates the need to store and handle paper based copies of documents, enabling districts to retrieve exact electronic images of Checks, Direct Deposits advices, Purchase Orders, W-2 s & 1099 s and any other document created by an EDGE system linked to On-Base. Because iBRIDGE uses an indexed file access method, the user can link to the entire database for a vendor, employee, student, etc. Of course, existing EDGE users can purchase and apply iBRIDGE to any currently installed EDGE system.
